o Responsibility for international implementations of ERP solution (developed internally in Portugal):
-Requisites and functional analysis and systems integration;
-Data migration and processes associated (UNIX / SQL / ORACLE);
-IT Staff and End-User Training (design and deployment)
o Systems Administration in Microsoft Environments;
o Coordination of Help-Desk Processes and Project Management.

o Definition of marketing mix for Products Ultra-Terminal / VDI;
o Development of campaigns and communication strategies;
o Launch of new family of products (VDI) and Partners training;
o Elaboration of media-planning’s and international reports.

o Product Management / Channel Management for the Manufacturers Citrix, F5 Networks and Packeteer;
o Pre-sales work with Citrix in association with Afina’s Partners;
o Proposals elaboration and follow-up and forecast management;
o Consolidation of Portugal’s Citrix Channel of Value Added Resellers;
o Key Account Management (IBM, Telindus, HP, Fujitsu Services, PT-SI) and project management in association with the Manufacturers, reporting directly to Spain.

o Presentation of new solutions to the Client;
o Test and implementation of components of the new Pensions Application;
o Responsible for the approval of programs, by the Client, of the new Pensions Application;
o UML Analysis and new modules development for new interfaces;
o Responsible for the follow-up of the online component of the Application
